Daytona Beach Soldier Killed In Iraq

DAYTONA BEACH -- The Department of Defense has announced the death of a Central Florida soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Staff Sgt. Anthony D. Davis, of Daytona Beach died Tuesday in Northern Iraq.
Staff Sgt. Davis died of wounds he suffered when he was shot by enemy forces.
He was a member of the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, based out of Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia.
Staff Sgt. Davis was 29 years old.
