Palm Bay Adult Club Restrictions

PALM BAY -- Palm Bay is one step closer to limiting where adult businesses can set up shop.
Florida Today reported the city council gave preliminary approval to an ordinance restricting locations Wednesday night.
The ordinance keeps adult businesses from opening near schools, parks, other adult businesses and businesses that serve alcohol.
The final vote is scheduled for Sept. 18.
