$17 Million Parramore Project Goes Up For Vote

ORLANDO -- City leaders are set to decide on a project some said will transform Parramore.
Orlando leaders will consider a $17 million financial incentive package for developers of an 11-story office and retail building, anchored by a community theater.
The building would be located at the corner of Parramore Avenue and West Church Street.
If the incentive package is approved, ground could be broken in 2009, and the project could be completed by mid-2010.
