Fight In Taft Involving Bats, Metal Poles Turns Deadly

TAFT -- One man is dead and three others hospitalized after a fight involving baseball bats, metal poles and other objects as weapons.

Orange County investigators said Robert Terrell was pronounced dead at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Two other men remain in the hospital with head injuries. A third has been released.

Deputies were called to the scene of the fight around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators are trying to figure out what started the fight, but said they believe both sides may have known each other.

They also believe one suspect is on the loose.
