The Case Against Casey
Dozens of people went to the Anthony neighborhood Sunday afternoon and took a walk in honor of Caylee Anthony.
The "Peace Walk for Caylee" started at her memorial and went around the Chickasaw Oaks neighborhood. Organizers started the walk on Facebook in the hopes of getting the community to focus on Caylee, and not her mother.
"After everything, I think we should all ignore [Casey]," said Karen Gilreath of Melbourne. "It's the worst medicine she can handle."
Gilreath was at the Orange County jail earlier in the morning as Casey Anthony left the jail for a final time. She said going to the walk was about closure.

"To say my goodbyes and to be a part of this," she said. "To let little Caylee know that we love her and miss her and someday justice will be done."
Corey Jefferson was on vacation from Atlanta, but he had to come to Caylee's memorial. He was also shocked by the verdict in the case.
"I think the jurors were afraid," Jefferson said. "They were afraid of coming down with a verdict that was that severe."
The memorial site in the woods where Caylee's remains were found continues to grow, despite the fact that the rain has flooded out this area. People are looking for a more permanent, drier spot.
Meanwhile, there has been a heavy presence of law enforcement, with at least a dozen deputies patrolling the area.
