Arizona Tragedy shooting victim arrested after making alleged 'death threat'

One of the shooting victims from last weekend's rampage is now in hot water with police.

He was arrested during a town hall meeting.

James Eric Fuller, who was shot in the knee and the back, objected to something a tea party leader said during the forum.

Authorities said the 63-year-old Fuller took a picture of the man and then yelled quote "you're dead."

Fuller was arrested on disorderly conduct and threat charges.

Deputies took him to a hospital following the threat for a mental health evaluation.

There is good news for another survivor of the rampage, U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords.Giffords underwent a procedure this weekend to be freed from a ventilator.

She had been breathing on her own since being shot in the head, but doctors had left the ventilator hooked up as a precaution.

She did have another tube inserted in her windpipe to protect her airways.

Her husband, astronaut Mark Kelly, has remained by her bedside.

There were more tears and remembrances this weekend in Tucson.

The supermarket where the rampage occurred reopened.

Mourners left flowers and candles in honor of the six people killed and 13 others wounded.

A store spokeswoman said employees were ready to quote "reconnect with their customers" after the tragedy,
