ST. PETERSBURG --

The dates have been set for a pair of debates between the candidates vying to become Florida’s next governor.

When Alex Sink won August’s Democratic primary election, she challenged Republican nominee Rick Scott to a debate.

Now, according to the St. Petersburg Times, the two have agreed to meet twice, both in October.

Florida gubernatorial debates

Wednesday, Oct. 20: Nova Southeastern University, Davie
Monday, Oct. 25: University of South Florida, Tampa
