The chance of rain for Labor Day is 50 percent, meaning that Monday will look a lot like Sunday, with showers becoming possible thunderstorms.
Temperatures will reach 94 Monday, but will feel close to 100.
Most showers will move slowly, allowing for some heavy downpours to produce large rainfall amounts. Showers are likely to continue into the early evening hours, but ending overnight.
Expect some heavy downpours, frequent lightning and thunder, possible hail and gusty winds during the peak of thunderstorm activity.
