School leaders in Orange County say hundreds of students have asked to leave Evans and Oak Ridge high schools.
We're still months away from learning if the schools will get failing grades this year. Because of the schools prior problems, students were given the opportunity to transfer ahead of the grades being released.
More than 500 students have asked for a transfer, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The school will lose money for each student that decides to go to a different school.
The deadline to make a decision on moving is Friday, Sept. 9.
