There is a traffic alert for people who drive in downtown Orlando.
Beginning Thursday night, both eastbound and westbound lanes of Church Street from Garland Avenue to Orange Avenue will be closed for the next 90 days as crews continue construction on the 55 West project.
The Department of Transportation said detours will be posted in the area, but are asking folks to exercise extreme caution when traveling near the area.
A portion of nearby Central Boulevard has already been shut down this week for railroad repairs.
