ORLANDO -- Over the years, the Florida Classic has turned into a cash cow.
It's the annual game between Bethune-Cookman University and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University that has brought in millions of dollars.

But will the game stay in Orlando?
Inside the historic Johnson's diner Friday, it was packed as usual, especially since it's Classic weekend.
Johnson's Diner sees about a 30 percent increase in customers. Many filled with Rattler and Wildcats fans.
"(What school did you graduate from?) Bethune-Cookman. Nineteen forty-one,” said Tom Mitchell.
The Classic weekend brings a $30 million boost to Orlando’s economy.
However, it's possible the Classic might transition away from the City Beautiful.
It’s something that's not going over well with people News 13 spoke with.
"Oh I don't think it would be a good idea,” Sandra Perkins said. “I think it should stay here."
"No, I think the response we've had since the Classic has been in Orlando has been the most positive response since I’ve been attending the Classic,” Joseph Williams said.
In 1997, the Florida Classic moved from its original home in Tampa to Orlando's Citrus Bowl and saw a huge increase of fans to just over 56,000.
With the re-negotiations coming up for Classic's venue, it leaves some to wonder if it will go back to Tampa.
"(What do you think of the possibility of moving the Classic?) Slim and none," said Lee Mcelroy.
Business owners hope those odds stick, saying in tough economic times, the Florida Classic is a welcomed relief.
Many argue Orlando may have a hard time keeping the game because of the aging Citrus Bowl as other cities offer newer and bigger stadiums.

Comedian Steve Harvey hosted his morning radio show LIVE Friday from Amway Arena.
At least 60,000 fans pile into the Citrus Bowl each year for the big game, as well as another fan favorite -- the halftime show, where the two schools’ marching bands will strut their stuff on the field.
Fans said the Florida Classic is not just a game, but a full-body cultural event.
