ORLANDO -- Rashard Lewis was able to find his shooting touch just in time for the Orlando Magic to avoid going down three games to none in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Lewis poured in 33 points and the Magic dominated the fourth quarter of a 111-86 rout of the Detroit Pistons. Lewis went
11-for-15 from the field after shooting 36 percent in the first two games of the season.
Dwight Howard added 20 points and 12 rebounds for the Magic, who outscored the Pistons 38-17 in the final period.
Richard Hamilton scored 24 points for the Pistons, who played all but the first 4 minutes without All-Star point guard Chauncey Billups because of a strained right hamstring. Orlando went on an 18-4 run immediately after Billups left the game.
The Magic host Game 4 on Saturday.
