It's the day White House hopefuls have been waiting for, but when Super Tuesday is all said and done, we may still not know who's running in November.

Proving every vote counts, the candidates made a last-minute campaign blitz on Monday.

"If you know people that have said they are going to vote for me, don't you let them sit home tomorrow. I don't care what the weather is. If you have to personally drag them there, you get them to vote," said Mike Huckabee.

They also tried to prove that they are the candidate to choose.

"People are welcome to vote for Mike Huckabee, but I don't think Huckabee has the same prospect that I have to become the nominee of our party," Romney said.

"If you look at the numbers, I can match up against either Sen. Obama or Sen. Clinton very well," McCain said.

For the Democratic candidates, a nominee may not be decided on Tuesday.

"I do believe there's the overwhelming likelihood that the race will continue beyond tomorrow night," said James Carville, a Democratic strategist.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are in a dead heat and want to convince voters they can bring the most change.

"We have to decide that we are going to once again seize the opportunities and meet the challenges that await America," Clinton said.

"We cannot wait to bring this war in Iraq to a close and bring our troops home. We cannot wait to bring change to America," Obama said.

On Tuesday there are a combined 44 contests in 24 states, plus American Samoa.
