ORLANDO -- Investigators are following a lead that Caylee Anthony, the Orlando toddler missing since June, may have been sighted boarding a flight at Orlando International Airport.
Cindy Anthony, Caylee's grandmother, said she got a call Tuesday from a woman who said she saw a girl who looked like Caylee at the airport.
The woman told Cindy Anthony she asked the girl what her name was, and that the girl replied, "Caylee Marie Anthony," pronouncing her last name without the "h." like Caylee did.
The caller said she was 99 percent sure the girl was Caylee, but investigators have yet to say if there is any validity to the claim.
Cindy Anthony said the woman who provided the tip was supposed to be meeting with detectives to help create a composite sketch of the woman who was with the girl at the airport.
