ORLANDO -- As deputies spent hours digging through their backyard, Caylee's grandparents said they are not losing hope and believe their granddaughter will be back home safe with them.

"If I have to go out myself door to door and look for this child until the day I die, I will walk every inch of this Earth and open every door and knock on every door, and I will look in every nook and cranny until I find her. And I know in my heart that she's alive,” said Cindy Anthony, Caylee’s grandmother.

Caylee turns three Aug. 9. Family members said they will continue planning her birthday celebration.
