KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Traffic in Central Florida can be horrible, but a new study said parts of Volusia County have the least congested roads in America.
According to the National Traffic Scorecard, the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach area has the least congested roads among the country’s 100 largest metropolitan areas.
Right behind it was Lakeland, ranked the second least congested in the nation.
The Miami-Fort Lauderdale area was ranked Florida’s worst congested area, and 11th in the nation.
