Lee Anthony’s Lawyer 'No Longer Needed'

ORLANDO -- Lee Anthony's lawyer says he is no longer needed.
Thomas Luka said he was retained to help protect Lee's rights while detectives investigated the death of his niece, Caylee Marie.
Lee was deposed Thursday by prosecutors.
Now, Luka said the state is finished with Casey's brother, and don't need him to answer anymore questions, so Luka's role in the case has come to an end.
If something comes up and Lee needs an attorney again, Luka said he'll return, although he still may help Lee in the civil case against his sister.
