PORT ORANGE -- The former Volusia County teacher who was arrested for allegedly violating her probation over sex charges, is denying she did anything wrong and is going home again.
Cynthia Horvath appeared in court Thursday to make her case for staying out of jail.
The former Warner Christian Academy teacher was sentenced in February to house arrest for having sex with one of her students.
But she was taken into custody again last week after talking on Facebook to a boy she thought was 16 years old.
The boy turned out to be a police officer.
Horvath wasn't supposed to talk to teenagers as part of the deal that got her out of prison.
She'll now be free again until a court hearing on May 13.
