ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony now has 30 days to respond to questions in a civil suit with a woman who has the same name as her so-called nanny.
However, don't expect any big revelations.
Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez is suing Casey for defamation, saying Casey's use of that name as her babysitter has ruined her life and cost her work.
Anthony maintains she left Caylee in the care of a woman named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, but investigators have said no such woman exists.
Among the questions being asked are:
- List everyone you told that Caylee was with Zenaida Gonzalez the last time you saw her.
- Do you admit the Zenaida Gonzalez who is suing you has never baby sat for Caylee.
- Do you admit the story you told law enforcement that Caylee was with someone named Zenaida Gonzalez the last time you saw her is not true.
Casey is expected to take the Fifth Amendment not to answer questions, for fear the answers could be used in the criminal case against her.
Meter Reader Reassigned
The meter reader who gained national attention after finding the remains of Caylee Anthony has been reassigned to a new job.
Roy Kronk announced that rather than working the streets reating meters, he will now work out of a warehouse, doing inventory control.
Kronk said he made the request himself, saying ever since he found Caylee's remains near the Anthony family's Orange County home, strangers have come up to him wanting to talk, and he has been named as part of conspiracy theories about the case.
Investigators have said Kronk had nothing to do with the 2-year-old girl's death, saying he simply went into the woods after seeing something suspicious, and then followed up on his own tip.
