ORLANDO -- The attorney representing the family of Caylee Anthony has confirmed the slain toddler's remains were cremated.
Brad Conway said the remains are not at the family's Orange County home, and did not say where they are being kept.
More Than One 'C.M.A.'
Conway also confirmed Caylee Marie Anthony was not the only one Lee Anthony was referring to at the toddler's memorial when he said "C.M.A., I miss you. I love you."
Caylee shares the initials -- and the middle name "Marie," with both her mother, Casey Anthony, and grandmother, Cindy Anthony.
Conway said Lee Anthony was actually talking to all of them at the memorial, and wanted his sister, Casey, to know he loves her.
Baez Gets New Spokeswoman
Casey Anthony's attorney has chosen a new spokeswoman to represent him.
Jose Baez has hired longtime legal expert Marti Mackenzie, and will no longer use Press Corp Media to represent him.
In a statement released Thursday, the company said it will continue to be on call to Baez if needed.
