LAKE BUENA VISTA -- The 911 calls were released from early Sunday when a power failure trapped 300 Disney monorail passengers for three hours.
It began around 1 a.m. Sunday when a computer hard drive failure stalled the monorail system, which left passengers stranded without lights or air conditioning until the problem was fixed about three hours later.

Here is one of those calls to 911 right after it happened.
Caller: "Let me explain it to you. We're at Walt Disney World. We have monorail trains that are stuck out on the beam."
Dispatch: "OK."
Caller: "And we are unable to get this train into a station, and we may need to evacuate those trains."
Dispatch: "Evacuate them?"
Caller: "Yeah, come out and evacuate those trains. On a bucket list, or I'm not sure exactly."
About 300 people had to be evacuated from the three trains that were in motion. It took about two hours to get everyone off.
