Many have speculated Casey Anthony, 23, may have used chlororform on her daughter after it was discovered someone at the Anthony home used the family computer to look for directions on how to make the chemical.
Traces of chloroform were also later found in the trunk of Casey’s car.
The documents also showed a specific insect attracted to decaying flesh was found in a bag of trash found in Casey’s car.
That car was found abandoned days after Caylee was last seen alive.
Casey’s defense team has been trying to get the whole case thrown out, saying her indictment was “unconstitutionally vague.”
