ORLANDO -- Convention attendees and tourists say Orlando has one major flaw and that's the taxi service.
Several convention attendees from all across the country came back to Orlando Tuesday to explain their major mishap with their convention experience.
Complaints vary from fighting taxi drivers to unfair fares.
Orange County commissioners voted unanimously on Tuesday to privatize cab service at the convention center.
"We have regulated cab services as to who can pick up at the convention center. It's something we've sorely needed for a long time and our customers told us that,” said Bill Segal, Orange County commissioner.
Segal expects for this new proposal to take effect in about two to three months.
