Palm Bay City Council Approves Red Light Cameras
Thursday, January 08, 2009 11:20:30 PM
PALM BAY -- Red light cameras are coming to another city in Central Florida.
In a 4-1 vote, the city council voted Thursday night to put up the cameras at six intersections.
They're hoping to cut down on red light running.
The cameras will be up and running as early as February.
Drivers caught breaking the rules in the city will get a $125 ticket.
