Pharmacist Accused Of Using Illegal Drugs

NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- A New Smyrna Beach pharmacist was charged with illegal possession of narcotics.
The Daytona Beach News Journal reported Kmart pharmacy manager Martin Fratangelo, Jr. was allegedly seen on surveillance video taking and swallowing pills from the pharmacy shelves.
He was charged with larceny and felony possession of Hydrocodone and Xanax.
