ORANGE COUNTY -- A judge again denied an injunction Monday to limit protesters outside the Anthony family's home.

Protestors and family members have clashed for weeks, with many upset that the missing 3-year-old’s mother Casey is out on bond.

Lawyers for the Chickasaw Oaks Homeowners Association asked the court to allow them to move protesters from the front of the home to a vacant lot at the end of Hopespring Drive.

However, the judge said the homeowners association failed to adequately notify the protesters of the filing.

Meanwhile, deputies said they will continue doing what they can to keep the peace, but hope the Anthonys will move all of their vigils inside.

"It will also assist us assist them in keeping the peace in the area, and again regarding any protesters that will come into the area, we don't want to stifle free speech. But we also want to make sure the safety of the community is a priority to Kevin Beary as well," said Capt. Angelo Nieves from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

As of now, the sheriff’s office said all funding for patrols at the Anthony home comes from the sheriff's office general budget.

Sheriff Beary Weighs In On Casey Anthony Case

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said they are still waiting for more DNA results involving the Casey Anthony case.

Beary said, at this time, there are no new charges on the horizon for Casey.

He did say it is difficult to charge her with anything related to the disappearance of Caylee because they are missing a key piece of evidence.

"It’s a very sensitive case and it is always tough where, if you end up going down that path of working a homicide case without a body, it's even tougher," Beary said.

A representative for the office of Jose Baez -- Casey's attorney -- said if they had any real evidence, they would have already charged Casey.
