Woman Who Had Sex With 5-Year-Old Gets Life

SANFORD -- A woman convicted of having sex with a 5-year-old child will spend the rest of her life in prison.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Kelly Lumadue, 33, was sentenced Thursday in a Sanford courtroom. Lumadue was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Lumadue was 21 years old when she had sex with the child.
She reportedly lived in Longwood with her husband, a pornographer who recorded the sessions.
Her husband has since died.
Lumadue said she performed those acts under duress from her husband.
Lumadue was arrested in 2003, seven years after the sessions, when a garbage collector found the tapes at the curb outside her Volusia County home.
A jury last year found her guilty, but a judge ordered a new trial.
The relationship between Lumadue and the unidentified child was not released.
