PALM BAY -- A day care owner is now in trouble with the law, accused of abusing a child in his care.
Paul Green, 47, faces one count of felony child abuse.
Green owns the Creative Years Learning Day Care on Malabar Road.
Earlier this week, employees of the day care saw a severe bruise on the right ear of a 3-year-old boy.
When they asked him what happened, the boy said, “Paul did it.”
Green faces a maximum five years in prison if convicted, and is being held on $5,000 bond.
