ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony is sitting the Orange County Jail again, and faces more charges that are unrelated to the disappearance of her daughter.
Casey faces three new charges, including uttering a forged check, petty theft and criminal use of personal identification.
All of the charges stem from the same incident where she stole checks from a friend back in July.
Casey was on her way to meet with a home confinement officer Monday afternoon when her attorney, Jose Baez, showed up to take her to jail.
According to the rules set by the judge, Casey will have to spend the night in jail until she appears before a judge Tuesday morning.
The arrest has raised questions as to why she keeps being arrested on the same incident, but the sheriff's office explains the same incident can have different charges.
"You say same incident. Basically what you have is same victim. But each case, every time she did, that's a separate incident. And when she goes from one store to another store so those are separate incidents stemming from the one theft that is correct, but you know you have to talk to witnesses, get sworn affidavits," said Carlos Padilla from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Baez said no matter what amount bond is set, he's got people in line who can bail her out again.
Grandmother Clashes With Protesters
Cindy Anthony, Caylee's grandmother, got into a shouting and swearing match Saturday night with protesters who called her daughter, Casey, a baby killer.
The protesters appeared to come onto the Anthonys' property, screaming and cursing, while Cindy was trying to post "No Trespassing" signs that had been torn down earlier.
Cindy's husband, George, called the Orange County Sheriff's Office to report the incident.
The child of one of the protesters appeared to be hurt when his arm got caught in a car door by his mother as they went to leave.
On Sunday, News 13 spoke to the boy’s father. He said he is doing fine. The mother was unavailable for comment.
On Monday, the Department of Children and Families told News 13 they are starting an investigation into the boy's mother.
From the video, it appears it was an accident.
DCF said they used the license plate in the video to track the mother down so they could talk to her as part of their investigation.
"What this is about is knowingly bringing your child to a situation where it is unstable. It's been very tense in that environment. There is that probability or likelihood that things can escalate. As an agency, we want to get the message out that parents who place they're children in potentially volatile situation and something happens to that child will be accountable," said Carrie Hoeppner from DCF.
DCF said after observing the child, It does not appear the child is suffering from any injuries.
It is unclear if DCF will seek any additional intervention with the boy's family.

Have Protesters Gone Too Far?
Right now, a judge has still not weighed in on whether to grant a temporary injunction against the protesters outside the Anthony home.
Many are wondering if the protesters have gone too far.
News 13 spoke to Bryan Wilson, an animal rights activist who has been involved in protests and demonstrations across Central Florida for 12 years.
He said protesters should always be respectful.
Wilson said protesters showed little respect during an outdoor vigil Sunday to find Caylee.
"I think a loud protest held on a small residential street is not necessarily needs to be loud,” said Wilson. “You can have just as powerful a message with just your signs and your presence."
Wilson said it is harder for protesters to get their message across when the messenger overshadows the message.
Neighbors Injunction Delayed
There was a delay in the injunction for the Anthony family's Home Owners Association.
The Chickasaw Oaks Subdivision asked the ninth district court to keep protestors out of the neighborhood, however, the court did not act on the homeowners request Monday.
There is no word on when the judge will take up the case.
