Charge Dropped In Baby Snatching Case

SANFORD -- One criminal charge has been dropped against the woman accused of kidnapping a baby from Central Florida Regional Hospital.
The state said it dropped its charge of filing false information on a booking report for Jennifer Latham so it can proceed with kidnapping charges.
Another hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 24.
