Additional Information

ORLANDO -- Orange County Sheriff deputies re-arrested Casey Anthony Friday night, and added a new string of charges.

Dozens of deputies in marked and unmarked cars drove up to the Anthony home, handcuffed Casey and escorted her to the Orange County Jail.

Casey faces three offenses stemming from economic crime charges, including uttering a fraudulent instrument, petty theft, and fraudulent use of personal information.

Deputies said they have video of her using those checks at places like Target and Bank of America.

Deputies said recent forensic evidence shows a decomposing body was inside the trunk of Casey's car, and said right now their main goal is to find Caylee.

"Our goal is get to the bottom of this case," said Capt. Angelo Nieves. "This case is a economic crimes case. What we want to accomplish is get to the bottom of Caylee Marie Anthony's disappearance. Again, we have forensic evidence that has been returned to us regarding the vehicle. Preliminary information indicates that there is decomposition in that vehicle from a human body. We want to make sure that all of the information that we have we review carefully, we review authorially, and our investigators are excellent at doing this, and will continue to do that throughout the coming days and weeks."

Meanwhile, the group Texas EquuSearch plans to hold a search Saturday to find Caylee Anthony. The command center for the search will be set up on TG Lee Boulevard near Orlando International Airport. There is no word on where the search will begin.

In a statement Friday night, Casey's lawyer Jose Baez said, "This is nothing more than an attempt by law enforcement to play mind games with my client. They leaked the arrest to the media and deliberately avoided telling me so she could turn herself in in a dignified fashion.  They clearly wanted the media to capture my client is the worse possible light.  Coincidentally, I was on the phone with her when police arrived at her home to arrest her. What's clear is that law enforcement is more interested in making my client look bad than finding Caylee who's still missing and likely in danger."

She's being held on a $3,000 bond. Casey's first appearance on these charges will be Saturday.

Baez Reacts To Arrest

Lawyer Jose Baez is outraged by the arrest, saying deputies leaked the arrest to media and told him nothing about it.

Baez spoke with the media outside the Anthony home Friday night, saying police knew about the theft allegation two months ago, and had this all planned out and made a spectacle out of the arrest.

"I then spoke with Detective Allen and I said to him 'if you plan on arresting my client, you let me know and we will do this like professionals,'” said Baez. “He assured me that they had no intention of arresting her. Why? Because he didn't have his stage or his cameras. This is the type of display that these law enforcement officers are doing. They decide what they want to leak and when they want to leak it, so they can go ahead and have public perception."

Baez went on to say that the sheriff's department has lost focus on finding Caylee and is more concerned about making Casey look bad.

Anthony Family Subpoenaed

On Friday night, deputies also served Casey, George, Lee and Cindy Anthony with criminal witness subpoenas to appear in court sometime in November.

The subpoenas came just hours after California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla made a bombshell announcement, saying that he would not revoke Casey Anthony's bond, which means she won't be headed back to jail on Saturday.

Still, Padilla said he's disappointed Casey has not helped in the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

"I thought she would discuss the matter with us. She has not,” said Padilla. “That's all law enforcement wants to know. Was it an accident? Did she die as a result of an accident? If so, she's guilty at best of an illegal burial. All you do and walk in and say 'lets go. It's time to go.' Then you call law enforcement."

Meanwhile, Baez said the focus needs to remain on finding Caylee, and not on reports of Casey’s unwillingness to cooperate in the search for her daughter.

"Do we owe it to this little girl to try and keep looking? Of course we do. She is your child as well as she's mine, and everyone else here. She's our responsibility to keep looking for her. Until someone finds her, she's missing," said Baez.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, State Attorney Lawson Lamar spoke about a possible limited immunity deal being offered to Casey.

According to the newspaper, the limited immunity ends at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
