LAKE COUNTY -- CNN is denying all of the allegations in a lawsuit filed by the family of Melinda Duckett against talk show host Nancy Grace.

Duckett took her own life two years ago after appearing on Grace's show to discuss the disappearance of her 2-year-old son, Trenton.

The lawsuit contends Duckett agreed to appear because Grace told her she wanted to help find the toddler.

However, the family claims Grace and her producers deliberately intended to surprise Duckett with "accusations, questions, and verbal assaults clearly intending to intimate she murdered her child."

There are 32 allegations in the suit, and CNN has denied all of them.
