SUMTER COUNTY -- Prosecutors have decided not to file drug charges against the father of missing toddler, Trenton Duckett.
Back in July, deputies stopped Joshua Duckett for driving with a suspended license. He was later arrested after deputies found drug paraphernalia in his car.
Duckett maintained the item belonged to a friend.
Prosecutors, however, will pursue him on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
Duckett said he is still actively searching for his son, who disappeared two years ago.
