If you want to see a solar eclipse this Friday, you are in luck, but you will have to go online to look at it.
The moon will completely blot out the sun over a small slice of Maine right at sunrise Friday morning. But if you are not in Maine, you will still be able to see it
NASA and museums are planning to stream the astronomical anomaly online from 6 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
As for those willing to trek to spots where it will be visible, costs are going up. A trip to the North Pole to watch the eclipse, which at its longest will last about 2.5 minutes, will have to cough up about $23,000, and that doesn't guarantee a show because bad weather could cloud it out.
