FLORIDA -- A new statewide dating violence bill will be signed into law today. Its called the Barwick/Ruschak Act.
Its named after Tiffany Barwick and Michael Ruschak who were killed by Tiffany's former boyfriend in Seminole County.
The new law expands the definition of domestic violence to include victims in dating relationships.
The victim's families will be at the ceremonial Bill Signing today.
