Trans Union Settlement Makes Free Credit Report Available

WASHINGTON -- A major legal case has been settled by one of the nation's credit reporting agencies, and it could impact your credit report.
TransUnion settled the class-action lawsuit that accused the company of improperly selling consumer information to marking companies.
How does that impact you?
You can now get free credit monitoring services from the credit bureau as part of the $75 million dollar settlement.
