Additional Information

CLERMONT -- A Lake County woman who was beaten by another guest at the Magic Kingdom said she was suing Walt Disney World, saying their negligence caused her to suffer permanent injuries.

The Orlando Sentinel reported Aimee Krause has filed suit against the theme park.

The suit claimed that Disney provided inadequate staff and security at the Mad Tea Party ride, when Victoria Walker beat Krause for cutting in line.

The lawsuit also claimed the park's staff was not trained to recognize security threats.

Walker was convicted of the beating in April, and sentenced to 90 days behind bars.
