ORLANDO -- The men accused of killing an off-duty officer at an automated teller machine in Orange County are set to go before a judge Thursday for a pre-trial hearing.
Davin Smith and Hugo Terry are suspected of shooting Orlando police officer Al Gordon outside a Bank of America in the Pine Hills neighborhood in October 2007.
Smith and Terry were both arrested and indicted in officer Gordon's murder.
They're charged with first degree murder and robbery.
