ORLANDO -- An Orlando man was locked up after a nanny allegedly caught him on tape abusing his adopted children.

Brian Kloosterman was arrested this week after a nanny came forward with the tape allegedly showing him using all of his body weight on the child at his Delaney Park home.

Kloosterman has four adopted kids from outside the country and one biological child.

Rajan Joshi, Kloosterman’s attorney, told News 13 his client loves his kids.

"What I’m saying is not to prejudge the facts at this point. Mr. Kloosterman is presumed innocent. He loves his children, and that people do not try him in the media," said Joshi.

Kloosterman has been ordered to stay away from his children, who are all under 4 years old.

They are now being transferred from DCF care to a guardian.
