Kid Rock Helps Boy Scouts Replace Trailer

OVIEDO -- Rock star Kid Rock said he would donate money to a Boy Scout troop that had their storage trailer stolen last week in Seminole County.
Troop 631's trailer was last seen behind the Tuskawilla Presbyterian church near Oviedo early this month.
The scouts spent more than $8,000 to buy the storage unit in March, along with supplies for camping.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Shoppes of Oviedo and Real Property Specialists donated $4,000 to replace the gear inside the trailer.
Kid Rock, who heard about the story while staying in Central Florida, said he would write a check for the difference to replace everything.
