Aimee Krause on stand (4/8)

ORLANDO -- A woman who said she was attacked by another woman at a Walt Disney World ride is taking the stand Tuesday for cross examination.

Aimee Krause said she was attacked and choked by Victoria Walker last year when she and her children were allowed in front of Walker at the Magic Kingdom's Mad Tea Party ride.

Monday was an emotional day in court for Krause. She nearly broke down on the stand while describing the incident.

Krause said she suffered back problems, seizures and brain damage because of what happened.

Walker's attorneys said Krause kicked Walker after bumping into her several times and that the attack was in self defense.

Walker faces up to 16 years in prison.
