Topless Charter Boat Forced Off Marina

FORT PIERCE, Fla. -- City officials in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, have gotten rid of the topless Smokin' Em Charters fishing service from the city marina, for clashing with the facility's family-friendly atmosphere.
Smokin' Em Charters has since moved to another marina in town.
The couple operating the service defended the tours, saying the women come aboard boats fully clothed, and did not undress until the boat is three miles from shore.
