DELAND -- Lawyers for one the teenagers accused of plotting a shooting at DeLand Middle School were ordered to give up the teen's computer.
Deputies said the computer went missing when they went to collect it as evidence, and believed it was in the hands of the teen's lawyers.
Prosecutors wanted to look at the computer, because they believed the teen used it to create statements on his MySpace profile about their plot to kill classmates.
The teen, along with two others, faced charges of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to discharge a firearm on school property.
