DELAND -- Volusia County Sheriff's investigators are looking for the computer one of the three DeLand Middle School teenagers used to allegedly plot to kill his classmates.
Sources tell News 13 investigators went to one of the 13-year-old's homes to confiscate the computer used to send the plot on a MySpace account, and were told the teen's lawyer had taken it.
A spokesman for the sheriff's office confirmed they are looking for it, and will turn to the State's Attorney's Office to try and get it.
Attorney David Damore told News 13 he will neither confirm nor deny having the computer, but did comment investigators could've taken the computer when they began investigating his client.
