Man, 70, Hit By Car In Indialantic

INDIALANTIC -- A 70-year-old-man is in serious condition after he was hit by a car on a Brevard County highway.
State police said David Rinker of Indialantic was walking across A1A Thursday night around 8:30 when he walked in front of a car and was struck in the outside lane.
Rinker was taken to Holmes Regional Medical Center. The driver of the car was not injured and does not face any charges.
