CLEARWATER -- A lawsuit was filed against the family of Hulk Hogan by the family of the passenger in a car accident involving Hogan's son, Nick Bollea.
John Graziano was riding with Bollea, who lost control of his Toyota Supra and crashed into a palm tree in August 2007.
Graziano, a Marine and Iraq War veteran, was not wearing a seat belt. He remained hospitalized in critical condition.
Police said Bollea was street racing. He faces charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. See previous story.
Lawyers for the Graziano family said Graziano was left in a semiconscious state, and would require care for the rest of his life.
An attorney said millions of dollars would be sought.
