ORANGE COUNTY -- With so many homes on the market because of foreclosure, some homebuyers are shying away from the bargaining table for fear of a bad investment.

However, the Z House Realty Group is trying to ease that fear with a new tactic.

It's called the Orlando foreclosure bus tour and it visits several bank owned homes in Orange County.

In between stops, real estate brokers, a real estate lawyer, and a mortgage expert walked passengers through buying a home in this tough housing market.

When the passengers unload at each house, the home inspectors takes over, giving tips on what to look out for.

"You can get great deals right now, but you have to know where to look and you have to protect yourself, and you have to understand what you're buying," said Janice Ziesig, a real estate broker.
