Additional Information

DELAND -- New details are being revealed in the apparent murder-suicide of two teenagers from DeLand.

According to "Florida Today," a teddy bear given to Natasha Hall, 17, may have sent her ex-boyfriend into a rage, leading to her shooting death.

According to the girl's stepfather, Hall dated Daniel Kufner, 19, for about 5-months before it ended last month.

Last Friday, police said, Kufner broke into Hall's home and shot Hall and then himself.

According to the girl's stepfather, Kufner may have learned online about Hall dating a Marine who had given her the teddy bear.
