Man Killed In Oviedo Crash

OVIEDO -- One person was killed Wednesday night in a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. It happened in Oviedo on Alafaya Trail.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said the 51-year-old man was running across the road when he was hit.
The victim crashed into the windshield of the van and then fell.
Troopers said the victim was not crossing at a crosswalk and the street was not well lit.
The name of the victim has not been released.
FHP said the driver will not be charged.
