ORLANDO -- The State Attorneys Office released its list of witnesses Tuesday that will be called in Casey Anthony's murder trial.
However, one name ended up on the list by mistake.
Anthony is charged with murder, child abuse, and for lying to police in connection with her 3-year-old daughter Caylee.
The girl hasn't been seen since June.
The witnesses on prosecutor's list include Casey's parents and brother, members of law enforcement, Casey's old boyfriend, and even Zenaida Gonzalez.
Casey said she left Caylee with a woman with that name. However, the Osceola County woman with that name is suing Casey, saying her accusations have ruined her life since she has no connection to the case.
There were questions Tuesday after the name of Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, was on the witness list. But, the State Attorneys Office said that was a mistake.
Meanwhile, Baez was busy Tuesday filing motions to the State Attorneys Office.
A total of 10 motions were filed, which included requests for interviews and other notes taken from Tony Lazzaro, Casey's former boyfriend.
Also, Baez was looking for crime scene photos, hair samples, and other items given to the FBI labs.
Baez wanted deputies to release complete records about tips received from the public about the case. He said more than 5,000 pages of tips exist, but he's only received 450.
